- The AI hype cycle pulled every service provider into conversations they weren't equipped for. Clients are asking, markets are moving, every freelancer with a Twitter account is now "an AI partner."
- But knowing AI matters is not the same as knowing what to build for a 50-person manufacturing company — or how to scope it, price it, or deliver it on time.
- The result is a market full of pitches that don't ship. Clients who paid for chatbots that never went live. Buyers who walk into your meeting already skeptical, because the last three people they talked to couldn't define a workflow.
AIP is not a course, a prompt library, or another "start an AI agency" cohort. It's an operational system — a repeatable audit methodology, the stack to run it, the sales playbook to close it, and an optional development team to handle the technical fulfillment behind every project.
You complete the curriculum. You earn certification on the audit framework. Depending on the path you choose, you either deliver projects yourself or hand technical work to our development team while you keep the client relationship.
The center of AIP is the AI audit — a diagnostic process for walking into a business, finding the highest-value AI opportunities, scoring them, and producing a scoped engagement you can quote and deliver. Not a worksheet. A methodology.
Map the client's operations, find the AI-applicable workflows.
Rank opportunities by value, complexity, and time-to-impact.
Produce the engagement document — deliverables, timeline, price.
Module 4 of the curriculum is the audit framework in full. Module 7 is certification on it.
Solo gives you the full methodology. Partner gives you a team to run it with.

AIP Solo gives yoiu the blueprint to become a AI Implementation Partner and the tools to deliver Audits. For the delivery of implementation, you yourself are responsible. In AIP Partner, you have access to a 30 head development Team, giving you the ability to close multiple 5 to 6 figure deals for implementation and deliver on them.
No. The AI audit is business-first, not code-first — its job is to map a client's operations, score AI opportunities, and produce a scoped engagement document.
You do need a professional services background. AIP is built for agency owners, consultants, sales pros, and operators who already have client access and can hold a
business conversation.
If you're a developer looking for code training, this isn't the right program. If you're someone who can read a client's workflow and explain what AI should do for them,
you have what's needed.
The curriculum is milestone-driven, not week-numbered. Each of Modules 1–7 produces a concrete output — ICP defined, stack live, first 50 outreach messages sent, first audit completed, first proposal sent, first project delivered, certification earned.
Pace depends on how fast you put each module's output into the market. A focused member who already has client access can move through Modules 1–5 in a few weeks; the bottleneck is real client conversations, not video time.
Partner members layer Modules 8–11 on top after certification. Plan in milestones, not calendar weeks.
Certification is a graded review of a real audit you submit — not a multiple-choice quiz. You complete the curriculum through Module 7, run an audit on an actual business
using the AIP methodology, and submit the deliverable for review.
If it passes, you carry the AIP Certified designation. If it doesn't, you get reviewer notes and resubmit.
The gate exists for a reason: every certified member can deliver on what they sell, Partner members reach the dev team only after they've proven they can scope properly,
and "AIP Certified" stays a market signal worth holding.
The application takes about 5 minutes. If you qualify, you'll see your checkout link with the current rate — founding if spots remain, standard if they don't. No call required.
